Mini hippos are active dogs that can grow to be 18–21 inches tall and weigh 35–45 lbs. They can adapt well to apartment living. Shar-Peis are known for their protective and stubborn nature, as well as their rolls. Some say that mini hippo puppies can be mouthy and may need to learn to stay calm.
